Each individually portioned meal is well balanced with 4 to 5 oz of cooked protein, a serving of complex carbs and a cup of vegetables. Athlete portions contain extra carbs to help you power through workouts. Family style includes 4 servings. Our menu rotates frequently, keeping up with what's seasonal, and keeping your choices fresh! Menu items are always gluten free, and if they contain dairy it will be indicated.
